The service at this branch is truly shocking. I waited for 45 minutes to be seen despite being told of a 14 minute wait.\\nEveryone seems to take their time strolling around and avoiding talking to you. Horrible customer service. The agents keep putting us on hold and/or transferring us to another colleague then to another one. No one is willing to do their job and they are shamelessly using Covid as an excuse to be shockingly lazy and useless. Worst bank ever. Avoid at all cost!
