Waited in the queue for 5 mins to sort a return. A member of staff then told me to use the returns self scan box, left the queue to give it a go. Tapped the link in my email, entered the code, application error. I then spent a couple mins trying before giving up as it was an application error not internet.
probably the rudest customer service i’ve ever encountered. waited in the longest queue to not even be greeted with a hello and the most attitude after asking for a paper receipt making it seem like my problem. disgusting customer service and by the sound of other reviews they have experienced it too. will never come... read full comment
