“We went to Slaters in Norwich yesterday, what can I say. It made shopping for a suit a pleasure. Lewis was brilliant, incredibly good at his job and very thorough. All staff very friendly and happy to help 10 out of 10 for one on one customer service, price and quality.”

“I ordered a folding camping table and chair set (Vango brand) and a kids camping chair, they called me to advise of a stock issue with the kids chair, I had originally picked a VW campervan theme kids camping chair, they offered some alternatives at same price and I picked a Monkey. It all arrived the next day. my son (nearly 2) is currently so in love with his Monkey Chair he doesn't want to get off it and has attempted to hug it while sitting on it. I was able to view the table on their Youtube before buying for a better understanding of size and look, etc... The cheapest place to purchase was a bonus. Customer service was lovely and very friendly when they contacted me. Products arrived the next day with no issues. My son is absolutely in love with the alternative chair offered probably more than he would have liked the original one I picked out. Overall an amazing experience ❤️ a big thank you to the team.”

“Went into store a few days ago to get a new suit for work and I walked out with 3! Very good quality and very reasonably priced. ! No point going to slaters any other suit shops where you can go to Matalan and still get a very good quality suit for a very good price. “Popped into JD whilst on holiday to see if they had any crocs. As i was about to walk away due to them not having my size, a lovely lad called Ben approached me and offered his assistance. I needed the next size up in the crocs and he sorted me out right away. It wasn't just that however, his entire presence was just amazing. I suffer from anxiety and he just made me feel so comfortable. We chatted about uni and good places to go locally, overall a lovely lad. He is a credit to this store, hope he gets the grades he wants and gets where he wants to be in life.”

“Went into quiz had a look around couldn't find something that I liked so I asked a young lady that at the checkout (didn't catch her name) she advised on the clothes that I might like. With her help I found a black pair of leggings, a light blue top, jewellery and a cute black shoulder bag and matching black high shoes which we're on sale. “I love White Stuff! This shop had a great selection and efficient and helpful staff.I usually have to order size 24 UK women's online as the stores only get sizes 18 or 20 max in stock. At least I can see the styles and fabrics in person in store, then order my size online to collect at a nearby shop.This shop was kind enough to let me try on the dozen items I had ordered and then return 3 for store credit. I had to do store credit because I paid with PayPal. Next time I'll use a credit card. Doggone! Now I HAVE to use that credit! Hahaha!”
