No point going to slaters any other suit shops where you can go to Matalan and still get a very good quality suit for a very good price. “Popped into JD whilst on holiday to see if they had any crocs. As i was about to walk away due to them not having my size, a lovely lad called Ben approached me and offered his assistance. I needed the next size up in the crocs and he sorted me out right away. It wasn't just that however, his entire presence was just amazing. I suffer from anxiety and he just made me feel so comfortable. We chatted about uni and good places to go locally, overall a lovely lad. He is a credit to this store, hope he gets the grades he wants and gets where he wants to be in life.”

Fleur, the sales assistant, was an absolute star. She was so friendly, incredibly patient (even with our endless questions!), and clearly knew her stuff when it came to fitting school shoes. She made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable for us. It made a world of difference to have someone so kind and knowledgeable helping us out—Fleur is a real asset to the team there.

“called in to see if a pair of badly worn boots could be saved for a few months longer. i love these boots and have been trying to replace them for a year or two now to no avail, nothing else has been entirely right.I really didnt expect that id be told they were repairable, but the guy said hed do his best....and im happy to say he did a lovely job, and they are a comfy walk once more. happy days”

“Hotter Shoes Norwich.After visiting many shoe shops in Norwich, happened upon Hotter Shoes. What fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble. The shoes my wife chose were not in stock in black so was offered the same in brown to try. They fitted perfectly so the salesperson ordered for them to be delivered to our home address and at no extra cost. We shall return.”

I called the next day as I wanted to make sure the shop hadn't closed down.48 hours after ordering, I received my items. “Of course, as I got the outcome I wanted, inevitably, I was going to rate with five stars...

That being said, the employee I spoke to (I believe Ian) was outstanding. I'm getting married in August and had purchased three of the four groomsman suits.when ordering the final suit online, the fourth one suddenly didn't have trousers so I ordered the jacket and waistcoat and headed to Next. They had it in stock but they couldn't sell it due to a business-wide manufacturing issue with that product and I may need to wait months before they're re-issued. I was absolutely devastated. Honestly, the way Ian apologised and 'had to let me down' was very professional and genuine and I appreciated it. He immediately dashed off an email to customer services and called back within half an hour and informed me I could come back and pick the trousers up. I was over the moon and it saved me an enormous amount of hassle around the wedding. To all the staff that helped me, and especially Ian, thank you.”

“Great Store & Great Staff.I went in to buy gym/swim stuff for our family, a staff member called Brandon helped look for sports top in my large 20 size and found one. Branden was patient, understanding and helped get the items from the high shelves. Once we got home we found out that my daughters swim suit didn't fit, we went back the next day and asked the manager Paul if we could exchange it for a larger size, he said yes went to the till. At the till there was Amelia, Juditc, & Aleesha, they were all very helpful and exchanged the swim suit for the size that will fit with no hassle. One of the girls was nice and chatty and even showed an interest and asked if my daughter was taking swimming lessons, which she is, and I found that nice to have a little natter while sorting the exchange out.I'd heard so many bad things about returns and this shop but on my own personal experience I've had no issue whatsoever and will continue to shop here. As every staff member I met was very polite, helpful and understanding.”
