“This is a typical indoor shopping centre, there are a lot of shops to visit and places to get food drink and general clothes shopping. public toilets are well maintained they are on the first floor at the side of the cafe the toilets are clean and tidy. Dirty Downside I would say about this place is that there are no bins serve you're having some food from somebody like Greggs you have to leave the complex to dispose of your rubbish. There's always stuff on hand for any enquiries help or guidance. There's a lift to all levels. There are now plenty of places to sit down and rest.”

“Lovely M&S at Fosse Park — spacious, well laid out, and always very clean. Great selection of fresh food, bakery items, and ready meals, plus a good clothing and home section. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the café is a nice spot to relax after shopping. Parking is easy and plentiful, so it’s always a smooth experience coming here”

Carrying large items to the till while pushing a double buggy is tricky, but not if you encounter the staff we did today, they’re awesome. “Having Multiple Sclerosis I cant feel my left foot and leg. So getting footwear on is difficult. My hands shake so a tie up shoelace is too hard. I had ordered some Lovely " Bungee trainers" and they were delivered very quickly. I was disheartened because I was returning them as I couldnt get them on. I was heart broken, Im in my late 50s ,but I didnt want, (forgive me) " Safe Older lady shoes" .On Saturday 18/6/22 ,We looked around the store. Janette approached us and said "Have you tried these?" showing me exactly the type of footwear I didnt want. We got chatting and I explained my predicament. She sat me down and she carefully watched as I attempted different trainers. Then she said "try a shoe horn". After a lot of practise, I mastered it and to my delight I came home with the trainers I wanted. I cannot thank Jannette enough. I was fed up of velcro . I had been in sales for years before disability and I really appreciate Janettes approach, patience and mannerism. Due to Janette Shoezone sold 2 pairs of trainers and a shoehorn. EXCELLENT DELIVERY TIME, EXCELLENT STAFF. THANK YOU”

“I bought a pair of shoes for a wedding in family. However didn't take them out of the box until the wedding day. When I took them out , 1x sole had gone yellow, and other was cream. Unfortunately I had to wear them for the day, luckily it wasn't noticeable to anyone ( I think) . The following day I phoned the manager at Leicester branch and she and her team were very helpful and managed to get me another pair posted.\\nI would definitely recommend buying from here as the service I received was great , helpful and excellent. “Jd for me who is 37 years old and a female, really has stopped appealing to me, I feel the designers of JD are bringing too many street clothes out and making the teens into hoodrats, they need to be unique and be distinguished from other brands in terms of clothing. It seems all too basic and quite dark dingy colours.”
