“As with many places they’re good till there’s a problem… only with a problem can you really find out about a company and what their customer service is.I can’t praise the shop enough, my espresso machine broke down and the 5 year care package I’d taken was not performing as promised. A manager in the store resolved the complaint/problem there and then, appreciated the crazy response from the care package went above and beyond to resolve the situation within 15 minutes and I walked out very satisfied and they having retained a longstanding customer. Thanks mr manager (didn’t catch your name) very much appreciated.”

“Overall a great experience in the store. There appears to be a lot of reprints and recasing but that isnt a problem since you can easily choose another copy. Customer service is for the most part excellent, with staff usually being talkative. Caught a few whispers from staff complaining about having to do certain tasks but hey- its the service industry its how it is. The store is kept in pretty good condition, haven't personally been upstairs so cant comment for that but ive bought and traded in plenty of games here just fine and never had a problem with any games ive bought unlike other cex stores.”
