“Visited the store today to pay off an outstanding bill . Was assisted by Ellie who couldn't help me pay the bill but phoned up the billing department at Head Office & eventually helped me pay my bill . I had spent over an hour previously being passed from pillar to post by some unhelpful call centre staff . Whilst it certainly wasn't her department she was very helpful, polite & knowledgeable . She listened patiently and helped me where others had failed or couldn't be bothered . A credit to Vodafone , cheers Ellie”

“After not gaming for a few years I decided one morning to go cex and buy a pre owned Xbox one and GTA v. Not had any faults yet and it came with warranty. The controller was the standard controller but it was grey not black. As it was a black console. To buy this colour would be more than a standard black one so I can't complain. They basically gave me a more expensive controller. £105 for the console and £15 for the game. £120 all in I couldn't complain.”
