“Visited while on holiday for Sunday lunch on the basis of reviews. Wasn’t disappointed. Delicious food and the portions were indeed huge. I would actually though have been happier with less meat and a greater selection of veg (which was still good) such as some cauliflower cheese. We were too full for puddings which we were definitely up for as they also looked yummy.

It has a big car park, although we were able to walk from our accommodation. It was very well decorated and clean inside, although very very dark where we were sat, which took a while getting used to. All the staff were exceptionally friendly — great staff training ?? They also accommodated us having our baby in his pram in a less the ideal part of the pub (as they needed to walk through often carrying plates of food) which we appreciated.

If we stay in the area again, I would love to visit again.”

“Had a great meal here yesterday. It was the midway point for me and my work colleague to meet up so we decided to have lunch while we were there.
I went old school and had scampi, and she had chilli prawns. The food was really nice....not looking at michelin stars, but there was great flavours, it was impeccably presented and the service that was second to none.
Super clean venue and staff wee absolutely lovely.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I have also been for a roast dinner here a couple of month back and that was an equally great experience - the food & service was brilliant.

Definitely give them a try!”

“Of all the places we have golfed at, this has to be one of my absolute favourite’s. The course, the staff and the food were all fabulous! A big thank you to Debbie for her help with booking us in and accommodating our group! We will definitely come again!”

“We arrived at 2.30pm to see if we could get some lunch, we were greeted with a smile and that the kitchen was closed but he would check with the chef. We were asked to pick what we would like form the menu. we both choose Sandwiches and they were fresh filling served with a side salad and crisps. The beer was exceptional, according to my partner. Good to see a pub with locals and tourists along with great service & good food. We will be back.”

“Nice clean, quiet campsite close to Cromer and Sherringham, toilet block was clean and warm with free showers and plenty of hot water, leveling blocks needed for some pitches.”

“One goes there not for the comfort, but for sake of the people, one meets. Every of three times I was there, I talked to people who beamed a feeling of affinity springing from a special character of the place. If you are in the vcinity, drop in. One can reach the place in many ways — consult your map any guide book. Take care in winter. In the summer one can try descending Observatory Gully (not through Gardeloo) from Ben Nevis.”

“As far as the premier inn goes, it's one more, does its job and it is what it is. Not a five star because it's summer and the provided fan was just useless. Couldn't blow a candle off. I know they all can't have aircon (some premier Inns do have them), however, don't be stingy on the fans! :).”

“Dunelm is always a great place for homeware – lovely quality items at good prices and plenty of choice for every room. The staff were helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. The only downfall is that this particular store is quite small, so it doesn’t carry as wide a range as some of the larger branches. Still, a really nice shop to browse!”

“My stay at Dunston Hall Hotel was simply delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive yet discreet, always there when needed without being intrusive. The culinary experience was outstanding, with a diverse selection of prepared dishes that were both delicious and satisfying. Before departing, I indulged in a cheeky beer – as one does – and was pleasantly surprised by the superb variety offered at very reasonable prices. A truly memorable experience all around!”

“Up to the usual standard for Travelodge which is good, a problem for me was in the hotel building there was no phone signal which ment you have to bye their WiFi which I find unacceptable in this modern age.”

“Well situated hotel with basic but comfortable rooms. The website warns that due to its location that there is some street noise. Didn't find this to be a problem, but do be warned that on Monday morning refuse is collected along the street at 5:45am followed at 6:15am by glass recycling bins from the nightclubs. A very rude and exceptionally loud awakening!”
