Really helpful when buying and taking your money but not helpful at all when trying to return goods

Don’t expect to get served for the first 15 mins of entering the store. As a trade customer I went in stood at the counter. There were 6 people sitting at desks not one acknowledged me or even said “good morning” or “we will be with you shortly” so rude. They just all ignored me and there was no other customers... read full comment
