Don?t expect to get served for the first 15 mins of entering the store. As a trade customer I went in stood at the counter. There were 6 people sitting at desks not one acknowledged me or even said ?good morning? or ?we will be with you shortly? so rude. They just all ignored me and there was no other customers waiting, just me! Eventually a gentleman from the bathroom showroom section asked if he could help and was very polite and helpful.
