Old TV stopped working, took a visit to the store at Ber Street, old school face to face transaction try it. it's better than online shopping. They didn't have the TV in stock, so instead, they packaged up the display model, out of the door in minutes.Yep 5 ?????.”

“The staff at Castle Mall Boots Opticians are brilliant. They are all really friendly and helpful. We have had a great experience with myself for glasses and contacts and now most recent my 2 children. Even when the frames are not quite comfortable the staff have been amazing. I would recommend 100%.

The only downside i have to mention, its really difficult to get through on the phone lines if you need to speak to someone, which is understandable due to the store always being fairly busy however when you do eventually get through the staff are really helpful again.”

“Boots is like our daily routine. A place that you can pretty much find anything you want in the Pharmacy or Cosmetic or Hygiene care etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. So thank you.”

“Best one in city very polite staff and very friendly. Changed to this boots pharmacy because nothing but trouble with medication boots anglia square. As drug users were getting priority over those who were waiting for there normal medication. “As with many places they’re good till there’s a problem… only with a problem can you really find out about a company and what their customer service is.I can’t praise the shop enough, my espresso machine broke down and the 5 year care package I’d taken was not performing as promised. A manager in the store resolved the complaint/problem there and then, appreciated the crazy response from the care package went above and beyond to resolve the situation within 15 minutes and I walked out very satisfied and they having retained a longstanding customer. Thanks mr manager (didn’t catch your name) very much appreciated.”

“Overall a great experience in the store. There appears to be a lot of reprints and recasing but that isnt a problem since you can easily choose another copy. Customer service is for the most part excellent, with staff usually being talkative. Caught a few whispers from staff complaining about having to do certain tasks but hey- its the service industry its how it is. The store is kept in pretty good condition, haven't personally been upstairs so cant comment for that but ive bought and traded in plenty of games here just fine and never had a problem with any games ive bought unlike other cex stores.”
