Ordered a ninja possible pot which became out of stock . I was immediately offered a refund which I declined as I wanted the item . I was kept up to date at every opportunity as to when the item was coming back in stock and then when it would be delivered. Fantastic service , will definitely be my go to store from now on...

As always there is excellent service. Snellings are reliable and very helpful. I look online for electrical stuff and sometimes have been disappointed but not with Snellings. They are a go to shop for our electrical needs.

Ordered a Miele dishwasher from Snellings. They were very helpful in identifying the right model for our kitchen; installed it on the day specified without problem; and it now works fine.
