We ordered kitchen units, but the delivery date keeps changing even though we are on a tight moving schedule. They don’t allow cancellations, leaving us stuck with their arbitrary timelines. Very unreliable service & no respect for customer's time.

After buying timber it would not fit on my vehicle I ask a lady in the store can I arrange a home delivery she said yes she helped me all the way through one of the best service I had thank you to the lovely lady and a Gentleman for sorting this out for me

Fantastic Service usually at this shop but above and beyond today from Zac. He helped me to find what I wanted, put it on the trolley, took it to my car and loaded it in. What a wonderful experience for an elderly lady who is loathe to do things like that on her own. Thank you very much
