There were a few thicker tiles on one side of the wall of my kitchen, they found that their arrangement was unbalanced during the installation process. We haven’t bought a sofa yet from yourselves but honestly we were amazed just from the service alone by Thomas. Upon entering he was very attentive and greeted us, asked how he can help and after chatting he named a few sofas he thought we would like and told us where in store they are located. Even after mentioning we wouldn’t be looking to buy until around summer time he still took so much care in explaining the delivery times, what stock would be like and how he would be happy to help us when we return to buy.
