“Very recently bought an electric recliner sofa and chair from CFS online at a very good price compared to other furniture stores.Arrived as expected on the proposed date, received a text message from the delivery team prior, very happy with the service and the sofas.Obviously I cannot comment on the long term/after care yet with any issues I may face but I'd hope that CFS would provide as much assistance as they can in that event.I would recommend them and will look to use them again.”

I don't know the name of the person who helped us (rainbow shirt!!), but they were so patient and let me make changes to my file before printing it, along with printing tests to ensure I was happy with it. “A well stocked branch of a great store. Items are conveniently laid out as one would imagine the typical wickes store would be. Prices are ever growing (as usual in the UK) but I have found quite a few items that are priced higher in BandQ. So not all too bad. Also, staff don’t glare at you like you’re some kind of thief when you walk out empty handed- which is nice for a change.”

“The Team at JOHN LEWIS LEICESTER customer services (6 Jan 2025) were very helpful when I had a problem with an online order which was lost or possibly even stolen by Royal mail. This package had been delayed for more than a week but the Team in the store were able to sort it out and rearrange my order. This was a great relief because it was very stressful to hear from Royal Mail customer services that the package had been lost.

This is why it is good to have a reputable department store with a physical store and people present in person. Not an untraceable online business. Keep supporting your High Street stores like John Lewis please.”

“I brought a dining table and chairs from here but before they could be delivered we realised we no longer needed them. I thought it may be a problem and I have to take store credit but the lady said it was fine and gave me my money and delivery money back. I was very happy with this service. I have now brought large rug from here and also a childrens bed frame. I think they also sell new items.”

“Ordered a Universal Linen Divan 2Drw Slate Double.Delivery was smooth and on time but the customer service is what has pushed me to write this review.Bed came and prior to putting it all together I noticed some small damage to part of the bed. (The damage was purely cosmetic and was easily fixable with a replacement part).I used the live chat feature on the Dunelm website and spoke to a very helpful lad (Ben Lloyd if you’re reading this Dunelm) after sending some photos over Ben arranged for some replacement parts to be sent out. (This was all done at 20:30 as well so was surprised to actually get hold of anyone).Ben went above and beyond and offered multiple options to resolve this small issue and made sure I was happy with the outcome.”
