“I do not live in Kings Lynn but just happened to visit for the day. I went into Santander bank to deposit a cheque. There were many elderly people in there and I was so pleasantly surprised at the excellent and caring customer service beginning with the front of bank where the staff member greeted the customers by name and gave each customer time and patience to help anyone struggling to understand modern technology. Also the three counter staff were equally as helpful and kind. When you see and hear this kind of service you don't mind waiting your turn. Please please do not close these banks, they are a life saver for the clients who are struggling with the modern world and need helpful advice and guidance. I very rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to write this one.”

“Over the moon with the service I received from Hayley and Frank in the Kings Lynn branch today. I travel to the US on Tuesday and wanted to open a current account so that I could get the perks from the Travel Plus Package. I'd tried to open an account 2 days previously online and encountered issues which meant I needed to go in to store. Typically this support is not offered without an appointment but I explained my circumstances and the KL team fitted me in within 10 minutes of being in store. Frank took me through the account opening process and it's honestly some of the best customer service I've received - he explained everything thoroughly, made it easy to understand and was just a genuinely nice person who was a pleasure to interact with.
