“Attended a pre booked meeting with Penny in the Grantham branch to open up a joint account with my partner for paying bills into. Penny was brilliant. She was very personable and friendly but clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The joint account was opened and she also offered to swap all our house related direct debits over. She also suggested a savings account to open which we did with her. Finally she also suggested RAC and travel insurance which we will also arrange. We both left extremely satisfied. Thanks.”
