Was on holiday in Hemsby and needed to use the toilet. Unfortunately it was out of order. I produced my medical toilet card and even thou the lady was anxious about allowing me, she took a pic of my card and allowed me the use of the staff toilet. With all the resistance I face every day, I have to say, this lady saved my dignity. Thank you.”
