“Cheepest fuel around this area. Therefore always busy. Choice at pump to pay at pump or use kiosk. Staff interact well with consumers, patient when someone is struggling. Extra Staff put on tills for queue busting. Prompt about nectar card to all customers. Spacious shop, well lit clean & tidy. Has car wash. Water dispenser. Tyre pressure pump for customer use.”

“I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station.I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation.A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET!As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is.It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(”

“Gets incredibly busy and sometimes the queue is very long, mainly first thing and then 4:30-6:30. Can be must of the day over the weekend. Has a car wash, jet wash x 2 and vac, water and tyre inflator. It is next to Morrisons so handy for shopping. Clean an no fuss”

“Had my car filled up today, middle fuel spaces are too tight for two cars to be filled up parallel.Staff on checkout was very cheerful. Had few chilled drinks on the way out.Not far from Drayton Manor and Mannor fruit farm.Some very good take aways close by like pepys.”

“I enjoy using Esso for fuel and washing the car, it is on my way to work/back home, easy to access. I also can use my points card, and if you would like a great cup of coffee Starbuck is just a few meters away .”

“Usually a little cheaper on petrol than Morrisons which is just around the corner. Reasonable pricing for other items considering you're paying garage prices”

“What can I say, petrol station, where I got, yep you did guess didn’t you, petrol. Nothing quite beats watching the money on the pump climb to stupid levels whilst the litres you get are less and less. Ok it’s cheaper here than most but it was cheaper last week and the week before, lockdown when I couldn’t use the stuff it was £1 a litre.”

“Bp 24hr petrol station with a spar shop inside thats great shop stocks most foods and drinks you may need when the superstores are closed. Also this store open on Christmas day so late Christmas shopping for chocolates, flowers & random gifts very good services offered.”

“I was in asda ventura today. I was buying a dress fromm the sale but it had no belt. Dawn from George tried to find me one . She has lovely customer service. We also went in to the cafe for lunch . Have just being diagnosed as celiac I am finding it hard to find food. Your gluten free hot sandwich was so good .”
