Get rid of the manager and put one of ladies in his place.I was buying petrol this morning and not once did he look up from his phone.God help us if we’d done that at the places I’ve worked.

Bought a token for their vacuum air cleaner and the machine swallowed it and didn't work. Manager was rude and said if he puts in another token and it works then its my fault as clearly I had done something wrong! Lo and behold he puts in token..machine works.
