“Took my elderly father and his bike in to Halfords today, he was having trouble with his gears. Spoke to Wez in the bike repair section. He was polite and patient with my extremely hard of hearing farther. We left the bike in his capable hands and not only did he fix the problem, he also cleaned it up a bit and checked the brakes to make sure it was safe for him… and then helped us get it into the car! This is the level kindness that puts faith back into humanity.. thank you Wez, you made my dad’s day. Hope you get recognition for both your service and kindness!”

“Next isn't in the town - it's quite out of the way in the Retail park but there is plenty of space for parking and the shop is quite big. There's plenty of variety and the shop is well decorated, looking nice and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful though I would say some of the clothing is too expensive for what it actually is.”

“Staff are polite and helpful, and they quickly resolved an issue I had with my purchase without any fuss. The store has a ok range of men's clothing, including some styles that I haven't seen at other Peacocks locations. Also the prices were reasonable.

One thing that stood out to me was the store's policy on ordering items that are not in stock. The staff member I spoke with was happy to order the item I wanted and have it delivered to my address or available for collection at the store. This was much appreciated.

The store was also well-maintained and clean, with a tidy layout that made it easy to browse. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Peacocks store to anyone looking for clothing in the Gorleston area.”

“Visited River Island a couple of days ago in Yarmouth and the customer service was fantastic, defiantly the best out of all the River Island shops i've shopped in. One member of staff really stuck out to me, Katie the young girl who works on the floor was very approachable with a big smile, she was keen to help me and give me guidance of sizes and clothes.
