Jamie on reception was extremely helpful finding us a room to suit our needs which we were very grateful for and Acer in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. In fact all the staff were very attentive , polite and friendly, so thank you , it made our stay extremely enjoyable and we will certainly return!”
