“Popped in yesterday for some shopping. Couldn't find our regular wine, so asked the guy replenishing the shelves. He was so helpful and offered to checked in the back. He came back and apologised as he couldn't find any. We were paying at the till when he came across to us. He'd found our wine, and then went to the trouble to track us down.His name was Mike.
