“Good Asda the former Sefton general hospital site have been going to this Asda for over 20yrs. Most of the staff are nice and helpful,but they need to go back to not locking the customer toilets at night and preventing customers shopping on the upstairs floor. Bit stupid having 24hr store if only some of it is available.All in all though it good”

“I popped into the store looking for a washing up bowl , after going up and down many aisles in my search i couldnt find it . I was about to give up when a female worker pushing a stock trolly walked by , she looked friendly and aproachable and i asked if she knew were the washing up bowls where. She had no hesitation in wanting to help me , but she had the same problem i had trying to locate it . She navigated many aisles in the search for the bowl haha . To say she went out of her way in trying to find it was an understatement finally she pin pointed its location it took a good ten minutes what a great member of staff to have , so helpfull and dedicated”

“Go here if you wanna get charged twice or even 3 times for fuel ?\\nAbsolutely disgraceful! To start with I went to pay and their payment machine wasn’t working properly. Took 3 payments of me to the point my bank denied it the third time! To make it worse they called me in the speakers which was so embarrassing! When I showed them proof that payment had already been taken of my account on the mobile app he kept saying that it wasn’t and made me pay again! After I paid over and over I called them on Monday(3days after) requesting a refund to which they told me I had to go to them to get it in cash (sounds fishy) which was not an option as I dont live in Liverpool anymore! I was just meeting a few friends. Been waiting for this so called ‘manager’ to call me after all their employees take my name and number. Had to call the bank in the end because these guys were absolutely incompetent.”

“I came here yesterday but this is not an asda I have used in many years so I didn't know where anything was. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.I got a little bit flustered at the till as I'm generally with someone but was on my own. A male staff member with back hair was very kind and made me feel more relaxed. I'll definitely be coming back to this store.”

“Having had "no joy" experiences with a couple of credit score organisations, I booked an appointment with Lloyds Bank at Breck Road to finally get this sorted out. I was seen by Lucy, the Manageress there, and she was brilliant. Courteous, professional and she managed to sort everything out for me. “I had a wonderful experience here yesterday, after my car power failed whilst I was in the outside lane going towards the tunnel and had the fortune after managing to pull over, to stop at the exit to this BP station. I was in a terrible panic with no recovery contracts and on my own. After half an hour trying to secure recovery Sonja came out to see if I was alright and to tell me it was dangerous to stay in the car there. Sonja found 3 volunteers to help push my automatic car back and into the safety of the petrol station. (no mean feat on its own) She was amazing! she made me a cuppa tea, found someone who could recover my car and then sourced me a lift to work over in Birkenhead. I cannot thank her enough, she is bright, cheerful and so welcoming, she certainly made me smile in a very difficult situation. Thanks Sonja for taking the time to look after me, as you obviously look after all your customers. June 2023”

“Newly moved up north from brighton, and visited this branch a couple times and have to say incomparison to other branches, this one really stands out- had a fraud incident on my account and had to visit the branch a couple of times -both times served by a VERY FRIENDLY, smiley and really helpful assistant called holly, Very professional and a credit to the branch.”

Helped us so much.Explained to us that I might just loose my money if it's a fraud.
