“I have to admit never been to bootle asda till today and wow as I’ve worked in Huyton one . This store is spotless shelves stacked correctly produce rotated for dates just whole store was lovely to be in I could name a number of asda that are appalling dirty messy scruffy empty shelves staff dont understand what am asking for . Asda changed since being sold and part sold again , today was a total refreshing experience loved it and I will travel to use it as just so nice to walk into a none chaotic store where I found all I wanted thank you asda bootle .”

“Asda Orrell Lane ...a huge thankyou to a member of your staff named Josh . On Friday night I had an accident with a bottle of fabric conditioner and it went all over my shopping trolley and everything in it ..the top just came off and it poured everywhere...josh was at hand and organised a clean up ..got a new trolley for me and redid my shopping while I was trying to clean myself and I cannot thank him enough ...the staff in there are Lovely but josh went over and above and I'd like him to be recognised by the store ...?”

“I've just read a couple of negative reviews so thought I would comment .Nationwide are far and away the best bank.Of course that is only my opinion but I've banked with 3 other high St banks and also have a bank account in America. When I had issues with a standing order that wouldn't let me cancel andrew the manager sorted it for me and even got them to return the money they had been taking. Andrea who I believe has now retired came out to the ATM and helped me send a large amount abroad. I have a business account with a. Different bank they wouldn't even print me. A statement. Gave me the old go on line routine. So yes I rate nationwide highly”

“I went in to the branch yesterday. I needed help to get my online banking started and set up. I was helped the moment i walked in by a truly helpfull kind friendly member of staff. The lady in question showed how proffessional she was by the patience she showed me, as the app took time to download. So kind, so helpfull, so attentive. And to put the icing on the cake, we talked about my favourite sport, boxing!!!! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. The chocolates were just a thankyou.”
