Absolutely appalling, I put a prescription in on Monday 28th July 2025 and on Thursday 31st July 2025 they have not even done it. They didn't even know what J was on about and showed no interest even trying to look into it, Just said come back tomorrow and it still not done.

I visited Boots Central 12, Wed 7/5/25. I couldn’t find the product I was looking for (a rotating nail file). I asked a staff member called Diane for help. Called in Monday was served by a lovely young man so friendly and helpful . Not often you get greeted like that , he’s an asset to Boots
