“Switched twice from other local pharmacies who always seemed to be short of an item and I’ve had to wait several days to get full order. Decided to try Woolley’s Internet Pharmacy and it was the best decision. When my prescription is approved by the Drs the medication is delivered within hours by a driver with a smile. I highly recommend, especially if you live locally and want to support a local independent and get you prescriptions dispensed and delivered quickly.”

“The pharmacy team at my local Boots are lovely. I pop in there regularly to fill prescriptions for my dog, Roger. He has a heart condition and some of his medications are human medications that cost far less here than buying from our vet. I’ve tried many pharmacies in Southport for this purpose. Boots outshine the rest. They are the most reasonably priced, the most helpful (I have been made to feel an inconvenience elsewhere with my veterinary prescription), and by far the nicest bunch of people. I will go nowhere else!
This branch has a handy selection of other products, as you’d expect from Boots, especially the makeup selection, which is fairly comprehensive for a small local branch.
Can highly recommend this Boots for a friendly welcome, a good selection of goods, and sound advice from their team.”

“Honestly, the staff at this Superdrug are just brilliant! I’m relatively new to Southport and wasn’t sure what to expect, but wow - these guys really know how to make you feel welcome.

Every single time I go in, I’m greeted with proper big smiles and there’s always a bit of friendly chat or a bit of banter. It sounds simple, but when you’re having one of those rubbish days or feeling a bit out of place in a new town, that kind of genuine warmth just hits different, you know?!

If you need cheering up or just want to be served by people who actually seem happy to see you, this is your place. Proper lovely bunch!”

“Fishlocks is a small but professional pharmacy sometimes you have to wait for your prescription but very professional, clean with a good simple lay out and has a small treatment room for privacy when having treatment such as flu jabs etc”

“After writing a less than favorable review of Chapel Street Boots — following days of a frustrating situation that turned out to be the fault of Boots.com — I now have to admit Chapel Street have behaved admirably and professionally while dealing with a very stroppy customer — me! Apparently my prescription was being sent to a different Boots location without Boots.com alerting me to the fact.”

“Quite a big pharmacy, which surprised me the last time I went in there when they were only allowing three people in at a time, a little over cautious maybe.With it being quite a big shop, they have a good variety of items for sale , not at the best prices I might add, but then again you find that with most chemists.”

“It might sound silly but I didn't realise how good this pharmacy was until I moved away. As someone with mental health problems it was always pleasant and the staff remembered me. Sometimes would encourage me and improve my self esteem! It wasn't until I moved I realised they had handled reordering my prescription and how difficult that is for me to manage now i often run out and face problems as I wait for a new script. I also find going in to pharmacies can feel quite exposed, it's one of the most anxious times of my week now. I hope all the staff at Aughton Rd are doing well and thank you for your professionalism and kindness ill always remember it”

“I visited Boots Central 12, Wed 7/5/25. I couldn’t find the product I was looking for (a rotating nail file). I asked a staff member called Diane for help. She explained she was new to Boots, but went completely above and beyond to help me! She looked where I was looking first - the nails section, to no avail. She then took me to the foot section in the pharmacy, it didn’t have exactly what I wanted but I picked up something similar. At the till it came up more expensive than was on the shelf and as we had discussed the product/price etc she got a colleague to help with an override. She even told the colleague “I have taken the other one off the shelf, until it’s sorted” Diane could not have been more helpful, and I’m sure she will be an absolute asset to your company!!! :)”

“I have just been publicly humiliated at my local branch of Aldi for daring to try n buy 2 packets of day and night flu tablets and a bottle of Bells tickly cough medicine. My whole family have flu and one pkt of tablets doesn't last more than a day! I was told that the cough med contains paracetamol and as such I had exceeded what was permissable to purchase. My point is...where does it say the ingredients contain paracetamol..sodium benzoate e211 is described as a pickling agent as per Google?”

“We shop here frequently, and like most large supermarkets, it is invariably busy.Parking is in a large pay and display car park, shared with other stores in the retail park. The fee is refundable only in Asda with minimum purchases of £5.The selection of goods is as expected for a large superstore, including a variety of household items, electrical goods and clothing, in addition to the usual food stuffs and produce.Also like many supermarkets, the ratio of self-scanning tills to those operated by staff is not quite right and there are almost always queues. The self scanners always require the intervention of staff, in my experience. Today it went wrong right at the start after weighing our empty bags. However staff intervention was quick and efficient on this occasion, despite it being busy. This is not always the case.The store contains other services including photo printing, an optician, and a pharmacy, all of which, I have used many times previously, and can recommend.”
