New card finally got delivered after 4 WEEKS (was told 5 working days) tried it the next day and cash machine swallowed card for no reason. Staff in branch didnt have a clue as to why and told me to go online to order another ?♂️.

Little bit of snow and the key holder at St Helen’s can’t get in due to her son’s school being closed and she is the only one with access to the safe! How utterly ridiculous. As a business owner I shouldn’t have to waste time finding a Santander that can operate when it snows!
