“I was recently scammed resulting in all monies held in my accounts taken, after contacting the banks help desk I was told to go to the bank in bridge street for assistance.Bernadette one of the tellers supported and directed me in the required procedures to deal with this very distressing occurrence she was an absolute GEM !! I was in a very distressed and devastated state she provide support and reassurance that the bank would do their upmost to recover my loses she was with me over three hours on the phone to the bank fraud dept and others and I am happy to say the bank recovered all my funds within five days the service I experienced at this time was excellent Thank you and especially thank you to Bernadette.”
