“My partner has held an account here since 1984. The service has been outstanding over this time and the counter staff have been exemplary. I have knocked of one star as the current manager is VERY unfriendly and unhelpful. However, my partner has a PhD and is the most confident and persuasive debater I've ever met and he can handle her. However, she would intimidate most people.”
