“Everyone is very helpful and friendly at this branch. I always feel the employees here go above and beyond to help me. Julie the banker has helped my husband twice now trying to open a new account (we didn’t have all the proper information the first attempt under no fault of hers) and she has really done her best to inform us of everything and successfully set up the account.When I moved to this country I was on the fence with what bank I would like to use to set up an account with, because of my experience at this branch I have chosen to bank with Santander! I remain a very happy client!”

“I was recently scammed resulting in all monies held in my accounts taken, after contacting the banks help desk I was told to go to the bank in bridge street for assistance.Bernadette one of the tellers supported and directed me in the required procedures to deal with this very distressing occurrence she was an absolute GEM !! I was in a very distressed and devastated state she provide support and reassurance that the bank would do their upmost to recover my loses she was with me over three hours on the phone to the bank fraud dept and others and I am happy to say the bank recovered all my funds within five days the service I experienced at this time was excellent Thank you and especially thank you to Bernadette.”

“Posting on behalf of my Nan.My Nan came in to this store last week and due to very hot weather and her having walked some distance from the bus stop, she was flushed and very breathless. She went to the pharmacy to pick up what she needed and was offered a seat and a bottle of water by a member of staff called Julie. When I spoke to my Nan on the phone later that day, she said she felt like she’d had a little pamper and couldn’t say enough positive things about Julie and how kind she’d been. She asked me if I could leave a review to pass on her thanks to Julie and she felt so much better after having some water and a sit down.Thank you so much Julie for looking out for my wonderful Nan. It is so lovely to know that people are so happy to help her if needed. ☺️”
