I’ve visited this branch multiple times, and each visit has left me more disappointed than the last. Few of the staff members here have consistently been rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There’s no greeting, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no effort to assist or understand customer concerns.
As I walked in for the first time to open an account but that older manager shouted for at me for no reason she was absolutely very rude the I walked out will never come back this place again
