“A large and spacious mall where you can find most of what you need from clothing to groceries. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a convenient place for shopping or spending time with family. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Go here if you wanna get charged twice or even 3 times for fuel ?\\nAbsolutely disgraceful! To start with I went to pay and their payment machine wasn’t working properly. Took 3 payments of me to the point my bank denied it the third time! To make it worse they called me in the speakers which was so embarrassing! When I showed them proof that payment had already been taken of my account on the mobile app he kept saying that it wasn’t and made me pay again! After I paid over and over I called them on Monday(3days after) requesting a refund to which they told me I had to go to them to get it in cash (sounds fishy) which was not an option as I dont live in Liverpool anymore! I was just meeting a few friends. Been waiting for this so called ‘manager’ to call me after all their employees take my name and number. Had to call the bank in the end because these guys were absolutely incompetent.”

“Great service in the Liverpool Lord Street branch yesterday. We had difficulties online closing an old account and re opening a new one along with getting advice on student accounts. We were advised to go instore. Mike and the team were so helpful helping my son set up new accounts, offering advice and making sure all his information was updated correctly to avoid any further issues.”

“Small one but easy to go get some diesel if living in tuebrook. The air is £1 for 7 mins of use, so i go there to pump my tyres as well. Only downside is you can’t pay at pumps, you would have to go inside the store to pay but they do accept cards and cash so not that big of a deal. Haven’t had any problems going there and being like out of fuel like many other places are so it is a good place if you live nearby”

“I just wanted to say this is the best local service station I have been to around the Hunts Cross & Woolton Area.I always go here every couple mornings on my commute to work to get a drink or get some fuel.There is one worker called Sarah who is the loveliest attendant behind the desk. She always asks how I am and how my day is going! Great customer service. Please pass my message on to her.Easy to access in and out of the garage.Only problem is the air and screen wash pump area is a little cramped if you have a big car. Fortunately I drive a little KIA so no problem!Fuel is reasonably priced too!”

“Decent sized store with toilets facility and photo booth, coinstar & rug doctor services. ATM machines with free withdrawals outside and a petrol station nearby as well. Lots of parking for customers. Make your own pizza counter is a miss.”

Also, problems accessing Virgin Money as their telephone appointment system is useless. The nearest branch is St Helens. “This is the branch which I usually come to, and it's pretty good. It's typically easy to find a parking space in the car park, and getting a trolley is easy too, since this shop doesn't have locks on them.

The shop itself is typically clean and tidy, with a good selection of all different products from everyday essentials e.g. washing up liquid, bread and milk to seasonal stuff like Christmas and Easter products. The price of a lot of products sold is typically very reasonable, and many of them I've tried are really good, in particular many of the 'just essentials' products, and those you sometimes find in the 'reduced' sections.

The service in the cafe is quite good when you're after a cuppa, and the toilets are good standard. I also love the sign on the disabled door, stating that not every disability is visible. I use this toilet myself when I need to, because of my autism and epilepsy, so if ever someone asks me why I'm using it, I can just point at the sign without needing to explain anything. Not that there's any reason why they need to know though!

The shop staff are often very friendly and helpful too, such as always being willing to help you get something down off a high shelf which you can't reach, or helping to find a product you're looking for, but cannot find. The cashier staff are also very friendly and helpful, asking if someone needs help packing their shopping. Customer service staff are good too. I've asked for help removing security tags from products I've purchased, and they always do so with no fuss.

The only problem is with the self service tills. On the occasions when they begin to play up - such as if you've picked up an item you can't scan - getting the staff to help is often difficult, as many a time, they are usually standing around chatting, so it can be hard to get their attention. Other than that, can't complain.”

“I am disabled and struggling to stand or walk. Most people have no understanding of how difficult it is for people like my to put fuel in my car if I'm alone. This place is wonderful because all I have to do is beep my horn and flash my blue badge and someone will come and do it for me. I can't thank them enough.”

“A free cash machine, which are few and far between in this area, and was working when the ones at Tesco were not working. Otherwise you'll have to go to the one at the petrol station on the far side of Princes Park Ullet Road, or petrol station along Aigburth Road or nearer into town (the city centre). This is a good public service by Saleh News.”
