Absolute outstanding team. I had problems setting up my account online due to ID so I went to the bootle branch and the lovely Sophie with her superb knowledge helped me every step of the way. Very professional and very helpful

You can't just close all the branches because not everything will be handled via the cash deposit machine. I started using them after the Barclays next door was closed, as I have several accounts in different banks.
