Been trying to update our account since Easter. Not a single piece of process. Numerous number of phone calls & letters. Last a week ago & then they sent letter to someone no longer on account. You couldn't make it up

The bank has been closed since 2021 so anyone complaining doesn’t need to moan it’s closed for good the building is now on the floor
