Good pharmacy but some staff are quite rude and never answer the phone. Staff have changed to temp staff now and it kinda ruined the calm pharmacy environment as they are a point of call in a mental health crisis. Takes 20 mins minimum to make my prescription even if I'm the only one in there

We have recently returned to St Catherine's Pharmacy having left a year or so ago as the service was so appalling. What a pleasant surprise. Under new management the difference is chalk and cheese.
