Graham in the main office possibly has the worst customer service skills I've ever met, he may need a holiday? ..miserableAlthough the other gentleman actually doing the work I found very aproachable and friendly..wouldn't recommend checkpoint.

I did a full service and just after 4 days, i had an issue with brakes. When I took it to them, it was mentioned that I need to change everything in the braking system because some faulty calliper has damaged the whole braking system. I'm completely disappointed as to why during the full service they didn't detect the brake... read full comment
