I used Checkpoint today after a friend recommended them.My fault was engine management light on and washers didn't work properly.Took my car today and was greeted by very friendly staff.I was called promptly to inform me of the fault and the cost to repair it and it was a very competitive price.The work was carried out very quickly and the issue with the screen washers was also fixed.Graham was very friendly,professional and polite and explained everything in detail.Excellent job, well done team Checkpoint.5 Stars well recommended and will definitely use their services again.Jan Naybour.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Graham in the main office possibly has the worst customer service skills I've ever met, he may need a holiday? ..miserableAlthough the other gentleman actually doing the work I found very aproachable and friendly..wouldn't recommend checkpoint.

I did a full service and just after 4 days, i had an issue with brakes. When I took it to them, it was mentioned that I need to change everything in the braking system because some faulty calliper has damaged the whole braking system. I'm completely disappointed as to why during the full service they didn't detect the brake issue. If they would have done a good full service i could have saved a lot of money.

Had the aircon service. Couldn't fault it. Graham and the guys sorted it out for me. It was making a noise. But they checked and explained everything to me that actually sounded like it made sense. Top notch.I've enquired about normal service and MOTs etc. Definitely won a customer
