My parents tried to return a broken headboard today .well they spoke to the manager and he should not be anywhere in any form of retail never mind a manager his attitude and they way he spoke to my parents was abysmal. The manager/section leader was extremely passive aggressive and one of the strangest individuals I've ever encountered.
