After having a poor experience at the Boston branch due to the fitter not having the knowledge to install the Dash Cam on my van, I today had an appointment to have one fitted to my car.
On arrival I explained what had happened to the fitter ‘Darren’ who was very knowledgable and within the 2 hour appointment slot...

I will never shop at this store again as long as I live! The customer service was absolutely horrific and this was from the deputy manager! My bike wasn't fixed properly, and i wasn't even given an apology absolutely disgusting.
