“After having a poor experience at the Boston branch due to the fitter not having the knowledge to install the Dash Cam on my van, I today had an appointment to have one fitted to my car. On arrival I explained what had happened to the fitter ‘Darren’ who was very knowledgable and within the 2 hour appointment slot he not only fitted the DashCam to my Cupra (which wasn’t straight forward in itself and he was able to do a work-around) But I was also able to get home and bring my Fiat van back and he fitted that DashCam within 20 minutes.
Clearly a valued member of staff and Halfords really should consider him a great asset!”
