“I wanted to leave a review as I received excellent customer service from Scott. I was returning from holiday and found a nail in my tyre. I first rang the Sleaford branch but unfortunately they were very unhelpful. I then found Spalding branch and rang and spoke to Scott. What a star from his friendly manner to his helpfulness. Scott told me to bring the car in and he would have a look. By the time I had grabbed a coffee Scott called to say my car was ready. Absolutely outstanding member of staff clearly very customer service focused well done and thank you. We got home to Kent safe and sound.”

“After having a poor experience at the Boston branch due to the fitter not having the knowledge to install the Dash Cam on my van, I today had an appointment to have one fitted to my car.
On arrival I explained what had happened to the fitter ‘Darren’ who was very knowledgable and within the 2 hour appointment slot he not only fitted the DashCam to my Cupra (which wasn’t straight forward in itself and he was able to do a work-around)
But I was also able to get home and bring my Fiat van back and he fitted that DashCam within 20 minutes.

Clearly a valued member of staff and Halfords really should consider him a great asset!”
