It's difficult to give anything more the 3/5. Not a complaint but, ya know, it's basic. But the price is fair for what you get.

I can’t express how wonderful the staff were during my family’s stay. Reception was welcoming and helpful, but I want to give special thanks to Caroline, who went above and beyond on her night shift. Her kindness and dedication made such a difference to our visit, and I’ll be forever grateful.
