Very professional and helpful, from the initial phone call to explain we have no heating to 2 hours later they was at the scene. The Engineer was fantastic as he diagnosed the problem, going against what another company had said? We have just moved into our new home and it had a very poor gravity fed system which meant we had literally zero hot water pressure from the taps, I called Rob and he came out the next day to take a look and told me the installed system needed modernising which I agreed with, within a week he sent his lads around who replaced... read full comment
