Very professional and helpful, from the initial phone call to explain we have no heating to 2 hours later they was at the scene. The Engineer was fantastic as he diagnosed the problem, going against what another company had said? We are very thankful for their help, the engineer with years of experience left the job working and left us with peace of mind and we feel we now have a company we can trust for our future services, thankyou so much.

We have just moved into our new home and it had a very poor gravity fed system which meant we had literally zero hot water pressure from the taps, I called Rob and he came out the next day to take a look and told me the installed system needed modernising which I agreed with, within a week he sent his lads around who replaced our old system with a modern one in next to no time, they were super professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing, we are very happy with the work carried out and it no longer takes us 2 hours to run a bath, I would definitely recommended Rob and his team and will use them again for any future work. What a sham this business is they came out looked at the job (he was nice) I phoned the following day to find out when they could do the work, the office staff said the next Friday (over a week later) ok I agreed. I then phoned again the next day to see if they would fit some taps was told the lad was not working the following Friday!!! But could come the Thursday and would phone the day before to say what time on the Thursday. Thursday arrives and I had not heard from them so called at 8.25am was told he was not sure on arrival time would phone later to let me know..... an hour later they phone to say I?m not in the diary WTF and would probably not come ( my partner had taken the day off) and they would rearrange!!! Fuming 2 days later and you guessed it nothing. AVOID because of them other tradesmen have to be rearranged and a annual leave day was lost. Not even a sorry ?

Wouldnâ??t use this company. â??Danâ? is rude and makes jokes about people dying of cancer, makes inappropriate jokes during a job. Over priced and kept going on phone to talk to girlfriend. Wouldnâ??t recommend very unprofessional

Had a problem with my central heating pump. Dan came yesterday and sorted it. Very professional and was extremely pleased with the job he did. Thank you Dan it's very much appreciated top lad.
