I got scammed and the bank fraud team never even contacted me in any way it was a great amount was told that the money would be returned to my bank account by seven o clock but never was so back on the phone again and was told to be patient so I told them I will be taking it further which I will be doing never been so upset... read full comment

Poor branch Unhelpful branch manager (Andy?) that doesn't want to know, doesn't want to give you the time of day. Can't wait to get you out the door. Branch never answers the phone, impossible to speak to anyone / get anywhere / book an appt. Came into branch recently and was fobbed off, told to call up to book an appt.... read full comment

I'm giving it 3 stars for the Preston, bamber bridge branch, because it's pointless opening at 10am and closing at 4pm. Most businesses only get the opportunity to put money in after this time. The bank is basically open when people are least likely to use it. Instead of 10 - 4 it would be better to open 11 - 5... read full comment
