Man at the desk was incredibly rude. Food was freezing Room not cleaned after previous person. same bedsheets still On bed not made. The gentleman who invited us in and showed us to our room was nice and friendly but that's where the pros end, the beds was extremely uncomfortable needs new mattress ASAP. There was one curtain hung up badly and the noise at 3am was ridiculous. Also had to share shower/toilet with other people. Would not stay again

The manager on duty was really nice and helpful. Hotel is as about as nice as they come in blackpool. Was a bit of a walk to the pleasure Beach for my young kids but that's down to my planning. Would book again.
