“Stayed at The Imperial many years ago and had pleasant memories. Stayed here recently for one night and I wasn’t disappointed. Gorgeous building full of character, I had a spacious and comfortable room spotlessly clean. The food was varied and delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. A special mention to Ron in the dining room, an absolute gem. I will be back in Blackpool in a few weeks and will definitely return.”

“Hotel was perfect can't fault the staff & rooms ect but felt like breakfast was very poor, all bread and pastry were stale! I've had 4 children but couldnt work their toaster for the life of me!! Was just a budget breakfast would of rather of found a local ”

“Stayed for 1 night, the room was absolutely perfect.
Spotless and everything was satisfactory.
Zero noise & quite honestly my partner & I had the best sleep of our lives!
The lady on reception was so friendly & welcoming.
Oh & the shower! Omg I felt I was so exfoliated by the stream I swear I lost wrinkles!!”

“Tom was a fantastic host my friends and I had a lovely stay the other weekend he couldn't do enough to help make our trip the best it could be..... Tom is also an actor and the hotel if full of extremely interesting photos of all the films and TV he has done..... definitely stay if you are looking for something special....”

“Couldn't fault the week I had .I can't speak for the entertainment as didn't go down ,but heard very good reviews from the coach party about it had a nice room and nice TV ,was warm,the food was lovely too .only fault was on the last night chicken soup not a vegetarian option as we had all week.great credit ? to the staff especially Robert,lilly can't think of all their names .they worked very hard and with exception to the first night ,which couldnt be avoided,we were never waiting long .a great week and would definitely return .a short walk to the centre of Blackpool so ideal location as well”

“Marie and Andy and the Family Were absolutely lovely they welcomed us with open arms it was like a home from home. Breakfast was amazing delicious food plenty of it. They even helped us carry two mobility scooters in and out every day for which i thank them so much. They even went out of their way to make sure our autistic child was happy with everything. Rooms were spotless Thankyou so much from Craig, Emma, Corbin and Logan”

“It Was a nice place. Very Comfy Bed And Pillows. Bed Nice And Clean. Decent T.V and channels very good WIFI and nice wee owner.Few Issues I Had was The Shower. The Temperature is just not there. Hot And Cold when it wants and cut of. Also The Door is held by a latch and The Outside Hall light gets in The Room.That Is Minor Complaints but overall I Did Like It.I Never Had The Food.”

“keep in mind you get what you pay for we have had a brilliant stay the room was small but clean warm and comfy decent t.v as for the manager and kitchen staff absolutely fantastic nothing is to much trouble the dinner is good home cooking and the breakfast will set you up for the day such a friendly place and the lovely manager would put the hardest worker to shame he went above and beyond what you would expect just keep an open mind as is dated and in need of Refurb but a holiday is what you make it hope to be back at some point room 8”

“First the roomwas clean and tidy the bed was small but had clean sheets this is a very busy hotel just like the grand Burston in folkestone and is part of the Brittania hotel group and had a nice Breakfast but no complaints about this place except its busy busy”

“Me and my partner have just got back from a lovely two night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bedding was clean and super comfortable. The view was so nice, overlooking the beach and sea. Jo, the manager, was loverly. She was very happy to have a chat with us and couldn’t do enough for us. Every member of staff that we encountered were lovely too. Will definitely be returning ?”
