Awful service from this practice. Being diagnosed wrongly through text messages and a phone call without even examining is a disgrace. When I brought up the issue they didn't like it. Currently changing practices for me and my family.

This afternoon I have called the practice and spoken to a lady called Louise, that I found very rude, I requested the practice complaints procedure which she could not provide me with and told me that she doesn’t want to be interrogated. Disgusting service ! my hubby cannot get an appointment to have his bloods done needed for his medicine . They are saying no appointments left for another month and to try again on 25 th of March for an April and lol …….
