Awful service from this practice. Being diagnosed wrongly through text messages and a phone call without even examining is a disgrace. When I brought up the issue they didn't like it. Currently changing practices for me and my family.

This afternoon I have called the practice and spoken to a lady called Louise, that I found very rude, I requested the practice complaints procedure which she could not provide me with and told me that she doesn?t want to be interrogated. I explained that to my understanding the receptionists should be aware of the practice complaints policy and so Louise told me she cannot continue this call and put the phone down. The receptionists at this practice are so unhelpful and clearly don?t value their patient care. It looks as though their reviews are not responded to and my complaint from January has still not been acknowledged, could someone advise me how to escalate to CQC since I have not been able to resolve any complaint with the practice.

Disgusting service ! my hubby cannot get an appointment to have his bloods done needed for his medicine . They are saying no appointments left for another month and to try again on 25 th of March for an April and lol ??. So everyone will ring and the appointments will all be gone againo m g it?s appalling !They also said to go to the already overstretched Whitegate walk in centre for them done . I feel sorry for anyone having to sit and wait in there, it?s always full and you can pick up any amount of diseases waiting in that place along with many others .Cannot believe that such a massive surgery as Moor Park is cannot get staff to take bloods .It?s a total shambles ?.

I don?t even give 1 star as there is no option to give. It the poorest ever service provided by this medical center.Specially the reception team is poor as anything. Not even worth paying them from out tax money. It is a shot whole. Even if you die they won?t even care.I strongly recommend to leave this medial Centre as soon as possible as you won?t get the service you are expecting

I have negative experience with GP in this Medical Centre (Whitegate Centre). Mrs Jenny was very nice during the appointment, then she wrote down other information about me.

Very rude unhelpful receptionists, couldn't care less attitude. Impossible to get an appointment. Used to be a great surgery but has plummeted downhill rapidly.

This surgery is lacking in so many areas it's impossible to list them all. We have complained officially at one point only to be told it wasn't an issue. Just rang to be told off I'd missed my appointment on 6th August however they had closed bith surgeries for training and hadn't let me know !

I became a patient of this practice about 8 years ago and I am a 67 year old man. I cannot fault them they are professional and with the limited resources they have perform miracles. These people like all NHS staff are not paid nearly enough got the work they do and the crao they put up with. Thomas Murdock

Got through to Louise to book an appointment on the phone today, very polite, listened and professional, helped with a second appointment, great improvement to previous person / persons below. ...........................A repeated second post.Really bad attitude when making appointments, the reception at Whitegate Drive along with staff are wonderful, but as soon as you have to speak to a really rude and nasty piece of work on appointments line they just make you angry. Please retrain or get rid of these staff who actually seem to enjoy being rude. Same person again makes a good surgery look awful on here.A repeated post. Good when you actually see a doctor,. Getting an appointment is applicable to a big lottery win. One star is for the total effort they put in to stop you actually seeing a doctor (sorry medical practitioner).Receptionist simply there to stop you seeing a doctor or medical practitioner and will do anything to achieve this. One is very bad (will not name incase of legal action). Please I beg you get new staff in on the phones so appointments can be made. There are none available online which they recommend patients to book.
